Timisha Sims is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients. She has a strong focus on customer service, strong organizational skills, resolving processes or operational discrepancies and can resolve compliance issues.

For the past 10 + years, Timisha has worked as a Court Reporter and in Human Resources in the court system and in human resources for the non-profit sector, supporting the vice-president of human resources and circuit court judges in the court system. Working closely with management as a strong believer in hard work and positive thinking in the workplace produces undeniable results for these organizations.

She was able to leverage her skills as a notary, also in data integrity, file management skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. She can effectively communicate with consumers to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals identify areas for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, increase operational efficiency in the transaction process, etc.
